2000年10月9日—11日,财政部企业司在北京召开了“全国企业资产与财务管理工作会议”。来自全国各省、自治区、直辖市、计划单列市财政厅(局)、国资局(办)及部分中央企业的代表近200人参加了此次大会。财政部部长项怀诚同志到会作了重要讲话。财政部副部长朱志刚同志为大会作了重要报告。本文根据项部长的会议讲话整理而成。
From October 9 to October 11, 2000, the Enterprise Department of the Ministry of Finance held the “National Enterprise Assets and Financial Management Conference” in Beijing. Nearly 200 delegates from the departments of finance (bureau), state-owned assets bureau (bureau) and some central enterprises in provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government and cities under separate state planning attended the conference. Minister Xiang Huai Cheng, Minister of Finance, made an important speech here. Deputy Minister of Finance Comrade Zhu Zhigang made an important report to the General Assembly.
