暖通在学科分类中的全称为供热供燃气通风及空调工程,包括:采暖、通风、空气调节这三个方面,从功能上说是建筑的一个组成部分.随着人们对居住环境要求的不断提高,民用住宅建筑的施工量和施工规模都达到了新的高度.而随着民用住宅开工建设的项目不断增加,随之而来的暖通故障也随之增加,其根本原因主要是基于各种理由的对暖通系统的私自改装,也有少数情况是暖通工程施工质量不达标造成的.面对这些问题,笔者在这篇文章中介绍了建筑暖通安装要点和所存在的问题及解决办法.
