目的:探讨兔视网膜中度冲击伤后血视网膜屏障的形态变化及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和地塞米松的治疗作用。方法:建立兔视网膜中度冲击伤动物模型,采用硝酸镧示踪剂观察伤后血视网膜屏障的改变及药物治疗效果。结果:视网膜中度冲击伤后部分视网膜色素上皮细胞及感光细胞损害,血视网膜屏障轻度破坏和示踪剂向视网膜内渗漏,SOD及大剂量地塞米松治疗可明显减轻兔视网膜组织的损伤,缩短病程,改善其功能。结论:SOD及大剂量地塞米松对兔视网膜中度冲击伤有显著治疗效果。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the morphological changes of blood retinal barrier and the therapeutic effects of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and dexamethasone after moderate impact injury in rabbits. Methods: Rabbit retinal moderate impact injury animal model was established. The change of retinal barrier blood and medication effect were observed by lanthanum nitrate tracer. Results: Some retinal pigment epithelial cells and photoreceptor cell damage, slight destruction of blood retinal barrier and leakage of tracer into the retina after mild retinal injury, SOD and high-dose dexamethasone treatment can significantly reduce the damage of rabbit retinal tissue , Shorten the course of disease, improve its function. Conclusion: SOD and high-dose dexamethasone have a significant therapeutic effect on moderate retinal shock in rabbits.
