党的十八大提出:“反对腐败,建设廉洁政治,是党一贯坚持的鲜明立场,是人民关注的重大政治问题”(1)。保持对腐败的高压态势表明党和国家对党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争的高度重视和坚定决心;党的十八届五中全会提出创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享的发展理念,“五大发展理念”集中反映了党对经济社会发展规律的深刻认识。立足于从严治党的根本要求,把“五大发展理念”落实到党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争当中去,是我党接下来需要关注的重大政治课题。
The 18th CPC National Congress put forward: “Opposing corruption and building a clean and honest politics are the distinct stances the party consistently upholds and are the major political issues that the people are concerned about” (1). The high pressure on corruption shows that the party and the state attach great importance and firm determination to the improvement of party conduct and building an honest and clean government and the fight against corruption. The Fifth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee proposed the concept of development with innovation, coordination, greenness, openness and sharing, The five major development concepts “collectively reflect the party’s profound understanding of the law of economic and social development. Based on the fundamental requirement of strictly administering the party, the implementation of the ”five major development concepts" in the party’s work style and in building an honest and clean government and fighting corruption are the major political issues that our party needs to pay attention to next.
