应用金相、TEM、SEM和EDAX对压水堆的蒸汽发生器18/8不锈钢支撑管和新2号传热管的裂纹及断口进行了分析。两种管束开裂的性质属应力腐蚀,断口表面的腐蚀膜为 M_3O_4型尖晶石化合物。并指出,Fe-Ni基合金管表面原有的微裂纹有少量扩展。
The crack and fracture of 18/8 stainless steel support tubes and new No. 2 heat transfer tubes of PWR steam generator were analyzed by metallographic, TEM, SEM and EDAX. The nature of the cracking of the two tube bundles is stress corrosion. The corrosion film on the fracture surface is M_3O_4 type spinel compound. It is also pointed out that the original microcracks on the surface of Fe-Ni-based alloy tube have been slightly expanded.
