目的 探讨CD15和P5 3表达与子宫内膜腺癌侵袭和转移的关系。方法 应用SP免疫组化法对 40例原发性子宫内膜腺癌组织进行了CD15和P5 3检测。结果 CD15和P5 3在子宫内膜腺癌中阳性率分别为 72 .5 %和 6 5 .0 %。CD15和P5 3表达与子宫内膜腺癌的分级、分期和转移相关 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;CD15表达与P5 3表达呈正相关。结论 CD15和P5 3表达对判断子宫内膜腺癌的恶性程度、预测肿瘤侵袭转移和评估预后是一种良好指标。
Objective To investigate the relationship between CD15 and P53 expression and invasion and metastasis of endometrial adenocarcinoma. Methods SP immunohistochemical method was used to detect CD15 and P53 in 40 cases of primary endometrial adenocarcinoma. Results The positive rates of CD15 and P53 in endometrial adenocarcinoma were 72.5% and 65.0%, respectively. The expression of CD15 and P53 was correlated with the grade, stage and metastasis of endometrial adenocarcinoma (P <0.05). The expression of CD15 was positively correlated with the expression of P53. Conclusions The expression of CD15 and P53 on malignant endometrial adenocarcinoma and prediction of tumor invasion and metastasis and assess the prognosis is a good indicator.
