本文研究28例糖尿病患者及12名正常人进食蛋黄后胆囊收缩功能及血浆缩胆囊素水平(CCK)。将病人分成三组:A组10例无糖尿病性神经病(深腱反射存在,腓神经传导速度>43m/s,举头试验阴性:立位时收缩压下降<30mmHg,无植物神经病征候);B组8例有糖尿病性多神经病而无植物神经病(深腱反射消失,腓神经传导速度<43m/s,举头试验阴性,无植物神经病变征候);C组10例有重度糖尿病性植物神经病(8例有体位性低血压,2例有神经性膀胱和糖尿病腹泻)。食蛋黄后A及B组胆囊收缩与正常无明
