由于分析滞后,使硫基复合肥产品质量无法保证。采用分光光度计用比色法在30min内即可分析出N、P2O5含量,氮利用碘化汞和碘化钾的碱性溶液与铵态氮反应生成淡红棕色胶态化合物,在420nm波长处测定吸光度;P2O5利用磷与钼酸盐及偏钒酸盐形成稳定的黄色络合物在400nm波长处,测定吸光度,本文详细介绍了方法原理与实验步骤。此法只适用于中控分析。
As the analysis of lag, sulfur-based compound fertilizer product quality can not be guaranteed. Using spectrophotometer with colorimetric method can be analyzed within 30min N, P2O5 content, nitrogen using mercuric iodide and potassium iodide alkaline solution and ammonium nitrogen reaction of reddish brown colloidal compound, measured at 420nm wavelength absorbance ; P2O5 using phosphorus and molybdate and metavanadate to form a stable yellow complex at a wavelength of 400nm, measured absorbance, the method described in detail the principle and experimental steps. This method is only applicable to the control analysis.
