近几年的实践证明,企业实行承包经营给企业带来了较强的生机和活力。但也应看到,企业承包经营后,有的经营者自身素质不高,工作心有余而力不足;有的成天忙于事务,抓不住企业生产经营的关键;有的搞短期行为,不顾企业发展后劲;有的以权谋私,中饱私囊;有的任人唯亲,封官许愿。由于这些现象的存在,致使个别企业的生产经营出现了滑坡现象。据中央电视台最近报道,辽宁省职工罢免了100多名承包厂长、经理,这就说明目前有相当一部分经营者不适应企业领导工作。因此,经营者在开展领导活动实施领导职能中,只有正确的认识自己进行自我诊断,了解自己的优势和不足,才能不断地修正自己的行为规范。

This shows that a considerable number of operators are currently not suitable for corporate leadership. Therefore, in carrying out leadership functions in carrying out leadership activities, managers can only constantly correct their own behavioral norms by correctly understanding oneself for self-diagnosis and understanding their own strengths and weaknesses.
