Patient, female, 46 years old. A month before the right neck was found to be admitted to the hospital. Without other discomforts, the masses slightly increased in one month. Physical examination: A mass of 3cm x 3cm is located under the anterior cartilages of the right neck, which is hard, smooth, well-defined, moves up and down with swallowing, and adheres tightly to the trachea. The left thyroid gland is normal. Thyroid B-show: a substantial mass in the left thyroid gland. Admission diagnosis: left thyroid tumor. On the 4th day after admission, surgery showed that the tumor was located on the right lower thyroid but located outside the thyroid capsule. The bottom of the mass appears to have a pedicle extending into the trachea. The mass and the thyroid are preceded by a thin strip of wire from top to bottom.
