在国家新一轮的教学改革潮流中,小学教学由以前的应试教育向着提升学生能力的素质教育全面转型。教师应以人为本,运用全新的教育理念和教学思想,培养小学生的基础能力、发展性学力、创造性学力,最终达到学生个体潜能的最大实现。面对这一具有深远意义的革命性挑战,小学教师作为教学活动的组织者,学生潜能的挖掘者,除了全面的教学知识外,还应具备以下四种意识。
In the new round of teaching reform in the country, the primary education has been transformed from the previous exam-oriented education to the quality education to enhance students' abilities. Teachers should be people-oriented, the use of new educational concepts and teaching ideas, cultivate the basic ability of primary school students, developmental academic ability, creative learning ability, and ultimately achieve the maximum individual potential of students. Faced with this far-reaching revolutionary challenge, primary school teachers, as organizers of teaching activities and potential diggers of students, should have the following four kinds of awareness in addition to comprehensive teaching knowledge.
