我院1981年手术治疗先天性腰骶椎裂、脊膜膨出引起的尿便失禁共14例现予报告。 (一)临床资料本组病例仅限于先天性腰骶椎裂、脊膜膨出引起的尿便失禁的病人(下肢运动障碍为主的病例未统计在内)。本组中男12例,女2例。4～15岁13例,20岁1例。单纯先天性腰骶裂1例,脊膜膨出4例,婴幼期在地方医院已做过脊膜膨出切除修补术者9例。14例病
In our hospital in 1981 surgical treatment of congenital lumbosacral fissure, urinary incontinence caused by meningocele total of 14 cases are reported. (A) of the clinical data of this group of patients limited to congenital lumbosacral fissure, urinary incontinence caused by meningestema patients (lower extremity dyskinesia-based cases not included). The group of 12 males and 2 females. 4 ~ 15 years old in 13 cases, 20 years old in 1 case. Simple congenital lumbosacral rupture in 1 case, 4 cases of meningocele, infancy in local hospitals have done 9 cases of meningocele resection repair. 14 cases of disease
