I. Understanding and Implementation of the New Food Safety Law The new National Food Safety Law came into effect on October 1 this year. The law further emphasizes the responsibility of the main body of production and operation, covering the transportation and storage sectors. Food producers and operators should follow this Law, the establishment of food safety traceability system to ensure food traceability. The state encourages food production and operation enterprises to adopt information technology to collect and keep production and operation information, establish a food safety traceability system and emphasize the food recall system. Therefore, the implementation of the new Food Safety Law will be a great challenge to the salt production enterprises. How to implement this known as the “history of the most stringent” food safety law, we think only
