本研究以牛皮杜鹃嫩茎段为外植体,通过均匀设计法对影响牛皮杜鹃嫩茎段植株再生的各主要因素及其水平的作用进行了实验探讨,旨在探索一种一步成苗的再生技术。结果表明,最适合牛皮杜鹃嫩茎段植株再生的培养基为:DR+KT0.14mg/L+IBA0.06mg/L+NAA0.04mg/L+GA32.80mg/L,植株再生率为99.8%。以再生植株茎节为材料进行快繁的结果表明,在25d的培养周期内,每段增殖倍数平均达6以上。再生植株的移栽成活率达96.0%以上。成功建立了一步成苗体系,所建立的一步成苗体系适合于牛皮杜鹃种苗工厂化生产。
In this study, the rhizome of Rhododendron tender stem segments as explants, through the uniform design method of rhododendron tender stem segment affecting the regeneration of the main factors and their role in the level of experimental study aimed to explore a step regeneration of seedlings technology. The results showed that the optimal culture medium for the regeneration of Rhododendron tenderum was: DR + KT0.14mg / L + IBA0.06mg / L + NAA0.04mg / L + GA32.80mg / L, and the plant regeneration rate was 99.8%. The results showed that the multiplication of each stage reached an average of 6 or more in 25d incubation period. Transplant survival rate of regenerated plants reached more than 96.0%. Successfully established a step into the seedling system, established a step into seedling system suitable for rhododendron seedlings factory production.
