The concept of “school-based curriculum” is universally used in many countries around the world. In a national education system, the establishment of school-based curriculum implies two meanings: First, school-based curriculum is a relatively independent and complete education and teaching system or teaching that is developed, designed, implemented and evaluated by schools as the unit and subject Unit; Second, relative to the higher national curriculum, school-based curriculum echoes the school culture with individual characteristics, basically to achieve some more specific and unique education
