采用锻造和轧制两种不同的加工工艺分别生产TC11钛合金棒材,对其组织、性能进行了对比研究。结果表明:在原料化学成分和变形速度基本相同的条件下,由于热加工工艺不同,导致了同规格成品棒材的显微组织形貌和力学性能均存在较大差异。经精锻机生产的规格为Φ73mm和Φ29mm锻棒显微组织更均匀,初生α含量相对较高,各项力学性能均优于同规格的轧制棒材。
TC11 titanium alloy bars were produced respectively by two different processing technologies, forging and rolling. Their structures and properties were compared. The results show that there is a big difference in the microstructure and mechanical properties of the finished products with the same specifications due to the difference in hot working process under the same chemical composition and deformation rate. The precision forging machine production specifications Φ73mm and Φ29mm forging rods more uniform microstructure, the primary α content is relatively high, the mechanical properties are better than the same specifications of the rolling bar.
