高中教育教学管理已经成为了学生形成自己个性,自主发展十分关键的一个时期,对于提升我国的国民素质以及培养创新型人才具有十分特殊的意义。在当前学生均衡发展以及教育公平的基础和前提下,高中教育教学应该怎么样保证学生自身得到个性和全面发展,进而将学校多元教育的目标实现,促进高中学校特色发展以及内涵发展,这已经成为了人们必须要考虑的问题,本文中,笔者就对高中教育教学管理的探索与实践进行分析和探讨。
The management of high school education and teaching has become a period during which students form their own individuality and develop independently. It is of special significance for enhancing the quality of our countrymen and cultivating innovative talents.
