自行设计制造了一部机械密封测试试验台,利用该试验台能准确测出机械密封的端面温度.实测结果表明;机械密封的端面温度与密封工况及密封端面摩擦状态之间存在密切的关系,利用端面温度的变化能判定密封工况及端面摩擦状态的变化.
Design and manufacture of a mechanical seal test stand, the use of the test rig can accurately measure the mechanical seal end face temperature. The measured results show that there is a close relationship between the end face temperature of the mechanical seal and the sealing condition and the friction condition of the sealing face. The changes of the sealing condition and the friction condition of the end face can be judged by the change of the end face temperature.
