一、《师说》的为师之道《师说》作于唐贞元十八年,为誉称“唐宋八大家”之首的“百代文宗”韩愈所著,其思想教育涉及面颇为广泛,可以说在教书育人、道德修养、为人立世及修身养性等方面都对世人有很深的思想启示。其中所阐述的“为师之道”对于我们所从事的教育事业有着直接的指导性与明示性。“古之学者必有师。”文章一开始就明确的指出了教师的重要作用。之后“师者,所以传道授业解惑也。”指出了师者所必需的“传道”、“受业”与“解惑”三大职责。
