易卒中型自发性高血压大鼠(SHRsp)的饮水中添加10%葡萄糖喂养4周,其血糖水平增加、胰岛素抗性恶化。同时血压明显升高,交感神经系统兴奋性增加,血胆固醇及甘油三酯增加,心脏重量和相对重量增加、心肌血管紧张素Ⅱ水平增加。相关分析表明胰岛素水平与体重、血压、血胆固醇、去甲肾上腺素、心脏重量和相对重量呈显著正相关。提示高糖摄取可增加心血管病危险因子,其机制与胰岛素抗性恶化有关。
Stroke-type spontaneous hypertensive rats (SHRsp) drinking water supplemented with 10% glucose for 4 weeks, its blood glucose levels increased, insulin resistance worsened. At the same time, blood pressure was significantly increased, sympathetic nervous system increased excitability, increased blood cholesterol and triglycerides, heart weight and relative weight increased, myocardial angiotensin Ⅱ levels increased. Correlation analysis showed a significant positive correlation between insulin levels and body weight, blood pressure, blood cholesterol, norepinephrine, heart weight and relative weight. Suggest that high glucose uptake can increase cardiovascular risk factors, the mechanism of which is related to the deterioration of insulin resistance.
