研究了PDC钻头复合片与硬质合金刀柱低温扩散焊接头的扩散过程,得出了结合面两侧元素的扩散距离、中间夹层厚度与接头剪切强度之间的关系。借助电子探针能谱分析手段研究了结合面处的Ni,Co,W,C元素的扩散过程,用多元回归方法求得Ni,Co的扩散方程,从而用求导与积分方法计算出Ni,Co的扩散系数,并作出比较分析。证明了该方法较图解积分法可靠、准确、简便。
The diffusion process of low temperature diffusion welding joint between PDC bit composite and hard alloy pillars was studied. The relationship between the diffusion distance of the elements on both sides and the interlayer thickness and the shear strength was obtained. The diffusion process of Ni, Co, W and C elements at the interface was studied by means of electron probe energy spectrum analysis. The diffusion equations of Ni and Co were obtained by multiple regression method, and the derivation and integration method were used to calculate the diffusion coefficients of Ni, Co diffusion coefficient, and make a comparative analysis. It proves that this method is more reliable, accurate and simple than the integral method.
