铅是一种仅次于铁而被广泛应用的金属,其职业危害,以铅冶炼业为最大,蓄电池业居次。从事铅作业的人员中,慢性铅中毒甚为常见,但炼铁工人的职业性铅中毒,尚未见于报告。现将我所最近收治的6例患者分析报导如下: 现场情况某钢铁厂系年产××万吨的中型企业,所用铁矿石,基本上来自区内各地小型民矿。矿石中含铅量一般为0.3~0.5%,最高可达6%,平均为1%,并有少量砷、硫、磷、锌等夹杂物。历年来作业区空气中的铅蒸气浓度均超过国家规定的最高容许浓度0.03毫克/立方米。据1979年测定结果,Ⅰ号高
