对比观察不同核处理手法在不同硬度晶体核乳化中的应用。方法 :198例 ( 2 2 2眼 )白内障采用连续环形撕囊或开罐式截囊 ,分别采用蚀刻分割法和劈裂法 ,在囊袋内或虹膜瞳孔平面完成超声乳化。记录两种方式的有效超声时间。结果 :在 级~ 级硬度核中劈裂法的平均有效超声时间明显少于蚀刻分割法的平均有效时间 ( P<0 .0 0 1或 0 .0 5 ,t检验 ) ,且在硬度较高的晶体核较为明显。结论 :应用劈裂法可以缩短超声时间 ,提高手术效率和治疗效果
Comparison of different nuclear treatment methods in the application of different hardness of the crystal nucleus. Methods: A total of 198 cases (222 eyes) of cataract were treated with continuous circular capsulorhexis or open can closure capsule. Phacoemulsification was performed in the capsular bag or iris pupil plane by using the method of etching and splitting respectively. Record two modes of effective ultrasound time. Results: The average effective ultrasonic time of splitting method in grade-level hardness nucleus was significantly less than that of the average length of time in etching-splitting method (P <0. 01 or 0.55, t-test) The crystal nucleus is more obvious. Conclusion: The application of splitting method can shorten the ultrasound time and improve the operation efficiency and therapeutic effect
