由永久磁铁和常导线圈构成的混合磁悬浮系统,可以减小所需功率,悬浮气隙小,可实现大气隙悬浮。本文介绍一种基于DSP的混合磁悬浮系统,该系统采用四象限斩波器,很好的实现了电流跟随性能。尤其是该系统采用以TMS320F2812为核心的悬浮控制电路,具有非常快的数据处理能力,克服了模拟控制器和以单片机为核心的数字控制器的缺陷。通过实验实现了系统的稳定悬浮,验证了设计的合理性。
The hybrid magnetic levitation system consisting of a permanent magnet and a normally-conducting coil can reduce the required power and has a small air gap for air suspension and can achieve air-gap suspension. This article describes a DSP-based hybrid magnetic levitation system, the system uses a four-quadrant chopper, a good realization of the current follow-up performance. Especially the system uses the TMS320F2812 as the core of the suspension control circuit, with very fast data processing capabilities to overcome the analog controller and the microcontroller as the core of the digital controller defects. The stable suspension of the system was verified by experiments, which verified the rationality of the design.
