一、前言最近,从降低铸件成本,降低工业废弃物的公害和节省资源的观点出发,旧砂再生装置正在成为重要的铸造设备。在一般情况下,再生装置的机构根据使用砂的种类和所要求的性能而不同。在这里介绍的旧砂再生装置是本公司研制的K法(有水玻璃系和水泥系的流态自硬性铸造法)水玻璃系再生装置。再生方法采用比较简单的干式,是以自制的叶轮式破碎机和振动分离装置为主体,处理能力为25吨/小时的全自动再生系统。以下,按照工程的顺序总结一下关于构成再生系统的主要设备的特征和再生砂的性能。
I. Introduction Recently, from the perspective of reducing the cost of casting, reducing the pollution of industrial waste and saving resources, the old sand reclamation device is becoming an important foundry equipment. In general, the mechanism of the regenerative unit varies depending on the type of sand used and the required performance. The old sand reclamation device described here is a water glass reclamation device developed by our company under the K method (water-borne and cement-based fluid-solid casting method). Regeneration method using a relatively simple dry, is a self-made impeller crusher and vibration separation device as the main body, processing capacity of 25 tons / hour automatic regeneration system. In the following, the characteristics of the main equipment constituting the regeneration system and the properties of the reclaimed sand are summarized in the order of construction.
