优化板蓝根颗粒中多糖的提取,并测定其单糖组成及含量。采用正交试验设计优化板蓝根颗粒中多糖的提取条件。所提取多糖采用1 mol/L硫酸95℃恒温降解5 h,以1-苯基-3-甲基-5-吡唑啉酮(PMP)作为单糖的柱前衍生化试剂,采用毛细管区带电泳法测定。结果显示,板蓝根颗粒中的多糖由木糖、阿拉伯糖、葡萄糖、鼠李糖、甘露糖、半乳糖、葡萄糖醛酸和半乳糖醛酸等组成,其中葡萄糖醛酸和半乳糖醛酸尚未见报道。
Optimize the extraction of polysaccharide from Banlangen granule, and determine its monosaccharide composition and content. Orthogonal design was used to optimize the extraction conditions of polysaccharides in Banlangen granules. The extracted polysaccharides were pretreated with 1 mol / L H2SO4 at 95 ℃ for 5 h and pre-column derivatization with 1-phenyl-3-methyl-5-pyrazolone (PMP) Electrophoresis determination. The results showed that the polysaccharides in Banlangen granules were composed of xylose, arabinose, glucose, rhamnose, mannose, galactose, glucuronic acid and galacturonic acid. Glucuronic acid and galacturonic acid have not been reported .
