在酒精的生产过程中,如何对成本控制点进行良好的管理,在最大程度上降低产品的单位生产成本,是生产管理中最主要的内容之一。本文从酒精生产过程中成本控制点的确立原则入手,对其主要的成本控制点进行了分析,并立足于管理实践,对成本控制点的管理措施进行了探讨。酒精的生产工艺有着一定的复杂性,其生产过程中有着某些成本控制点,能够对于生产成本的控制起到关键性的作用。
In the process of alcohol production, how to manage the cost control point well and reduce the unit production cost of the product to the greatest extent is one of the most important contents in the production management. This article starts with the establishment of the cost control point in the process of alcohol production and analyzes the main cost control points. Based on the management practices, the management measures of the cost control point are discussed.
