初步研究了无性系RRIM600健康与死皮橡胶树胶乳的核酸、蔗糖、无机磷和硫醇的含量及核糖核酸酶的活性，分析了它们与胶乳产量和死皮之间的关系，认为死皮树胶乳中核糖核酸酶活性的增强和核酸含量的下降是割面局部组织衰老现象的反映。
The content of nucleic acid, sucrose, inorganic phosphorus and thiol and ribonuclease activity of RRIM600 healthy and dead skin rubber latex were preliminary studied. The relationship between them and latex production and dead skin was analyzed. Increased ribonuclease activity and decreased nucleic acid content are a reflection of the senescence of the local tissue in the cut.
