目的 观察电针干预对卵白蛋白(OVA)诱导的迟发型超敏反应(DTH)模型小鼠的作用及炎症反应的影响.方法 将32只小鼠随机分为对照组(Control)、模型组(OVA-DTH)、电针治疗组(DTH+EA)、假电针治疗组(DTH+Sham),每组8只.电针治疗组予电针“足三里”穴,假电针组在“足三里”穴下0.5cm处的非穴位施行电针.测量小鼠足垫厚度;HE染色检测炎性细胞浸润;ELISA法检测血清IgG、IgE及足垫组织匀浆上清炎性因子(IFN-γ、TNF-α、IL-4和IL-5)水平.结果 电针“足三里”缓解DTH病理进程,减轻足垫肿胀,减少炎症细胞浸润,抑制IgG和IgE分泌,降低组织匀浆液IFN-γ、TNF-α含量.结论 电针“足三里”减轻了迟发型过敏反应的炎症反应,可作为治疗过敏性炎症的有效疗法.“,”Objective To observe the effects of electro-acupuncture (EA) at acupoint ST36 on inflammation in mice models ofovalbumin (OVA)-induced DTH.Methods 32 mice were randomly divided into four groups:Control,OVA-DTH,DTH + EA,DTH + Sham.Footpad thickness was checked,and the infiltration of inflammatory cells was estimated by hematoxylin and eosin staining.Levels of IgG and IgE in serum of different groups and inflammatory cytokines in the supernatants from homogenized footpads,including IFN-γ,TNF-α,IL-4,and IL-5 were determined by ELISA.Results EA treatment at acupoint ST36 relieved the pathological progression of DTH responses via reduction in footpad swelling,infiltration of inflammatory cells,levels of IgG and IgE as well as decreased production of IFN-γ and TNF-α in homogenized footpad tissue.Conclusion These findings suggested that EA at acupoint ST36 ameliorates inflammation in delayed-type hypersensitivity and it might be a useful and promising therapeutic for allergic inflammatory.
