本文以心理健康为中介变量构建心理资本与职业倦怠的关系模型,用以探讨心理资本对职业倦怠的影响。研究结果显示,心理资本与职业倦怠呈现显著负相关;心理健康在心理资本与职业倦怠二者关系中起到部分中介作用;在心理资本与情绪耗竭的关系中,心理健康起到了完全中介作用;在心理资本与玩世不恭的关系中,心理健康起到了部分中介作用;在心理资本与低自我成就感的关系中,心理健康起到了部分中介作用。本文也试探性提出了在绝对积极变量与绝对消极变量作用机制中,中性变量的传导效应模型,希望得到研究者的关注和探讨。
In this paper, the relationship between mental capital and job burnout is constructed based on mental health as a mediator to explore the impact of psychological capital on job burnout. The results show that there is a significant negative correlation between mental capital and job burnout; mental health plays a partial mediating role in the relationship between psychological capital and job burnout; mental health plays a complete mediating role in the relationship between psychological capital and emotional exhaustion; Mental health plays a partial mediating role in the relationship between psychological capital and cynicism; mental health plays a partial mediating role in the relationship between mental capital and low self-achievement. This paper tentatively proposes the conduction effect model of the neutral variable in the mechanism of the interaction between the absolute positive variable and the absolute negative variable, hoping to get the attention and discussion of the researchers.
