民用飞机在持续适航阶段,需要开展风险评估工作,保证其适航安全水平能够维持在可接受范围之内。本文建立了民用飞机持续适航阶段机队的风险评估方法,给出了机队暴露时间、机队故障数、故障严重度和机队风险值的计算方法,建立了民机机队风险评估步骤,针对机队燃油系统故障进行风险评估,计算该事件的风险水平,并对3种风险控制方案进行了评估,给出了适当的降低风险水平的控制措施。
During the continuous airworthiness phase of civil aircraft, risk assessment work needs to be carried out to ensure that its airworthiness and safety levels can be maintained within acceptable limits. In this paper, a method of risk assessment of the fleet during the sustained airworthiness phase of civil aircraft is established. The calculation methods of the fleet exposure time, the number of fleet faults, the severity of the fault and the fleet risk value are given. The risk assessment procedures of the civil aircraft fleet , Conducted a risk assessment of the fleet fuel system failure, calculated the risk level of the incident, and evaluated the three risk control plans and provided appropriate control measures to reduce the risk level.
