目的通过mtea分析方法评价使用宫铜300宫内节育器(intrauterine device,IUD)因症终止发生情况及其相关影响因素,为安全使用IUD提供科学依据。方法利用计算机检索Pub Med、Embase、POPLINE、CNKI、CBMDisc等数据库检索与宫铜300因症终止相关文献,剔除不符合要求的文献,采用Open Meta-analyst软件对数据进行分析与合并。结果共检索到6 062篇文献,根据纳入及排除标准,最终纳入涉及宫铜300 IUD因症终止的文献19篇,均为随机对照试验(randomized controlled trial,RCT)RCT或准RCT,共计20 414例观察对象,其中宫铜300 IUD组6 017例。mta分析表明:因症终止的发生率随使用时间延长呈现上升趋势。城市人群在12个月时因症终止的发生率高于农村对象,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。放置宫铜300 IUD后12个月时,月经间期放置组的因症终止发生率(4.3%)高于人流术后即时放置组(4.0%),但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论首次报道宫铜300 IUD因症终止发生情况及影响因素的meta分析结果,建议医务人员应注意宫铜300 IUD使用后的定期医学随访,对IUD使用对象应加强宣教和随访,以减少因症终止的发生。
Objective To evaluate the termination of the intrauterine device (IUD) and its related factors by mtea analysis and provide a scientific basis for the safe use of IUD. Methods The databases of Pub Med, Embase, POPLINE, CNKI and CBMDisc were searched by computer to search the literature about the termination of Gong-Cu-300 disease. Excluding the unqualified literature, the data were analyzed and merged using Open Meta-analyst software. Results A total of 6 062 articles were retrieved. Based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria, 19 articles concerning the termination of Gong-Cu 300 IUD were finally included, all of which were randomized controlled trial (RCT) RCT or quasi RCT, totaling 20 414 Cases were observed, including Palace copper 300 IUD group 6 017 cases. mta analysis showed that: the incidence of terminally ill due to the use of time showed an upward trend. The incidence of terminally ill patients in urban areas at 12 months was higher than that in rural areas (P <0.05). At 12 months after intrauterine implantation of 300 IUD, the incidence of complications (4.3%) in the menstrual period was higher than that in the immediate postoperative period (4.0%), but the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05) . Conclusions The first report of the termination of gingko 300 IUD due to disease and meta-analysis of the results of the meta-analysis, it is recommended that medical staff should pay attention to the use of Gong Cu 300 IUD after regular medical follow-up, IUD the object should be strengthened mission and follow-up to reduce the disease The termination of the occurrence.
