制动锁定板(图1)是安装在江淮50型轮式拖拉机上,用来锁住制动踏板的一种零件。它由5mm厚的45钢板制成,原设计的端部有5个齿形(图2a)。这些齿形可分别卡住在不同制动状态下的销钉,从而把制动踏板的位置固定住。由于齿形尖锐,且钢板厚度较大,因此无法用普通落料模由一道工序就能冲出零件的外形。以往是采用成形铣刀在铣床上加工锯齿形的,但生产率很低。为了能在压力机上冲压加工,现把零件改为如图2b所示具有6个齿形的结构,并把齿根部的圆角半径由R2放大至R2.7。这样就可用一套切齿模,由两次
The brake lock plate (Figure 1) is a part mounted on a JAC 50 wheeled tractor to lock the brake pedal. It is made of 5mm thick 45 steel, the original design of the end of five toothed (Figure 2a). These toothed shape can be caught in the different state of the brake pin, thus the brake pedal position fixed. Due to the sharp tooth profile and the large thickness of the steel sheet, it is impossible to punch out the shape of a part by using a common blanking die. In the past is the use of forming milling cutter in the processing of serrated, but the productivity is very low. In order to be able to press the stamping process on the press, the part is now modified to have six toothed structures as shown in Figure 2b and the fillet radius at the root is enlarged from R2 to R2.7.
