结合10MW高温气冷实验堆(HTR-10)核蒸汽供给系统(NSSS)的控制系统设计,介绍了适合于高温核动力厂核蒸汽供给系统控制的一种新方法──比值控制。仿真结果表明:比值控制使堆芯氦气出、入口温度变化在允许范围内,主蒸汽温度维持为给定值。且一回路压力变化幅度不超过额定值的10%,对堆内传热及载热能力无影响,因此,对一回路压力可不进行控制,简化了控制系统设计。
Combined with the control system design of the nuclear steam supply system (HTSS) of a 10MW HTR-10 reactor, a new method suitable for controlling the nuclear steam supply system of a high-temperature nuclear power plant, called ratio control, is introduced. The simulation results show that the ratio control can make the core helium out of the inlet and outlet temperature changes within the allowable range, and the main steam temperature is maintained at a given value. And the pressure change of primary circuit does not exceed 10% of the rated value, which has no influence on the heat transfer and heat carrying capacity in the reactor. Therefore, the pressure of the primary circuit can not be controlled and the control system design is simplified.
