一、问题的提出我市在1989年秋对刚入学的初一新生进行调查测试,1991年春又对五所小学五年级学生抽测,根据随机抽样分析,学生整数、小数、分数四则计算能力比较差。具体表现在①算理不清,算法没有准确掌握;②口算能力差,一些简单的计算要依赖笔算。由于口算能力薄弱,直接影响到笔算、估算能力的提高;③运算定律、性质不熟,在四则计算中不会运用这些定律、性质进行简算;④缺少良好的学习习惯,计算时经常把数字、运算符号抄错。还有的学生思维分配能力弱,见到含有多级运算题目就心慌意乱,造成人为的差错。这说明这几年来在一些小学忽视了计算能力的培养。
