人民法院审理案件,除法律专门规定不公开审理的以外,都应当公开进行,公开审判的案件,应允许公民到庭参加旁听,准许新闻记者进行采访和报道。不公开审理的案件,宣告判决仍然要公开。
Cases handled by the people’s court shall be openly conducted unless the law specifically stipulates that they will not be heard in public. In public trial cases, citizens should be allowed to attend the court to attend and allow journalists to interview and report. Cases not heard in public, declared the verdict still to be open.
