The grand exhibition of national treasures of China, which had been prepared for eight years, ended in the United States, Hong Kong and Japan and returned home. The exhibition is on a return show at the Hunan Provincial Museum. The 300 pieces of exhibits cover national treasures from the Eastern Han Dynasty through the Tang Dynasty, including Buddhist images, burial objects, porcelain, gold and silver objects, glass objects, wood carvings, textiles and murals, which have been chosen from among the offers by nearly 50 museums. Most of them have been on show for the first time. The exhibition is divided into five parts: Han Culture, Southern migration of Nomad Tribes, Prosperity of the Silk Road, Changes in Buddhist Arts and Heydays of the Tang Dynasty.
