目的 :预测高原地区妊娠妇女血管舒缩的亚临床变化 ,及早发现妊高征患者 ,降低发病率。方法 :利用北京易思医疗器械有限公司MP妊高征监测系统对西宁、海西、玉树三个不同海拔地区 30 0例正常妊娠妇女进行血液动力监测。结果 :由于海拔差异 ,其波型系数 (K )、外周阻力(TPR)、心脏指数 (CI)、血液粘度 (V)、平均滞留时间 (TM )、平均动脉压 (MAP)、心率 (HR) 7项血液动力学参数出现不同程度偏差。结论 :MP妊高征监测系统的 7项功能参数的正常范围不适合高原地区妊高征的诊断。
OBJECTIVE: To predict the sub-clinical changes of vasomotor in pregnant women in plateau area and to detect the patients with PIH early and reduce the incidence. Methods: Thirty patients with normal pregnancy in three different elevations of Xining, Haixi and Yushu were monitored by MPE-PI system of Beijing YiSi Medical Instrument Co., Ltd. Results: The wave coefficient (K), peripheral resistance (TPR), cardiac index (CI), blood viscosity (V), mean retention time (TM), mean arterial pressure (MAP) and heart rate (HR) Seven hemodynamic parameters showed varying degrees of bias. Conclusion: The normal range of seven functional parameters of MP PI system is not suitable for the diagnosis of PIH.
