陕西省物价局课题组撰写的《“十二五”陕西省重大价格问题研究》课题报告,全面地回顾了“十一五”时期陕西价格改革的历程、经验和做法,深入地分析了“十二五”时期陕西价格改革面临的内外经济环境,系统地阐述了“十二五”时期陕西价格改革指导思想、重要性和必要性,从资源价格改革和民生价格改革等八个方面规划了改革任务。该课题报告为陕西省制定“十二五”经济社会发展规划提供了重要的基础性资料,被陕西省发改委编入《陕西省“十二五”规划重大问题研究》一书。本刊获悉,该课题报告荣获第五届“薛暮桥价格研究奖”。现全文予以刊登。
