日前,“卫勤使命——2009”演习实兵演练在兰州军区训练基地举行。作为新中国成立以来规模最大、参演兵力和装备最多、要素最全的一场非战争军事行动卫勤综合演习,本次演习动用了来自全军各大军区、军兵种和院校的多支卫勤力量及部分省(自治区)卫生部门的卫勤力量,演习过程中体现出诸多不同于以往类似演习的创新之处,对未来信息化条件下军地卫勤力量处置重大灾情医学救援提供了重要借鉴。
