三级跳远不仅是田径项目中最优美的项目之一,而且由于他本身的技术结构复杂所以也是对身体要求较高的项目之一。在技术特征中三级跳远项目集中了四项运动的特征,它包括100米运动员的速度和爆发力,跨栏运动员的节奏,操类运动员的柔韧以及跳高运动员的弹跳。因此,三级跳远项目复杂的技术结构使得它的成绩提高的难度增加了。笔者通过查阅大量的文献资料,发现当前对三级跳远的体能训练方面的研究尤如冰山一角,就把三级跳远运动员体能训练的方法作为研究对象,根据体能训练中常出现的问题,以此为三级跳远体能训练提供更为合理科学的训练方法和手段,以提高三级跳远的运动成绩。
Triple jump is not only one of the most beautiful programs in athletics, but it is also one of the more demanding projects due to the complexity of the technology itself. The technical characteristics of the triple jump project focused on the characteristics of the four sports, which includes the speed and explosive power of 100 meters athletes, rhythm of hurdles, flexibility of gymnastics athletes and bouncing of jumpers. Therefore, the complex technical structure of the triple jump project makes it more difficult to improve its performance. By referring to a large amount of literature, the author finds that the current research on physical training of triple jump is just like the tip of the iceberg, and takes the method of physical training for triple-jump athletes as the research object. According to the problems that often appear in physical training, Triple jump physical training to provide more reasonable and scientific training methods and means to improve the sports performance of triple jump.
