目的探讨全自动琼脂糖凝胶电泳系统在检测产前孕妇和新生儿地中海贫血(简称地贫)筛查中的应用价值,并对3919例测定结果进行分析。方法应用法国Sebia全自动琼脂糖凝胶蛋白电泳系统进行血红蛋白电泳,用其配套的Hyrys扫描系统对HbA、HbA2、HbF、HbH、HbBart’s、HbCS及各种异常Hb区带进行扫描,得出各种血红蛋白含量。结果共检测产前孕妇及新生儿3919例,其中新生儿2648例,产前孕妇共检出地中海贫血和异常血红蛋白病患者205例,占16.13%(205/1271);新生儿共检出地中海贫血和异常血红蛋白病患者500例,占18.88%(500/2648)。结论全自动琼脂糖凝胶电泳系统用于产前孕妇和新生儿地中海贫血的筛查简单、方便、快捷、准确,对降低新生儿出生缺陷率取得了良好的效果。
Objective To investigate the value of automatic agarose gel electrophoresis system in the screening of prenatal pregnant women and neonates with thalassemia (thalassemia), and to analyze the results of 3919 cases. Conclusion The automatic agarose gel electrophoresis system for screening prenatal pregnant women and newborns thalassemia is simple, convenient, fast and accurate, and has a good effect on reducing the birth defect rate of neonates.
