本文报道1982年1月~6月在芬兰坦佩雷市用三价麻疹-腮腺炎-风疹疫苗对幼儿进行的一次临床试验.作者将174名14~24月龄无麻疹、腮腺炎和风疹病史的健康儿童,随机分成3组.在双盲情况下接种下述三种疫苗之一:(1)高滴度Pluserix疫苗:每瓶含麻疹病毒Schwarz株10~(3.9)TCID_(50)、腮腺炎病毒Urabe Am9株10~(4.92)TCID_(50)和风疹病毒RA27/3株10~(4.14)TCID_(50);(2)低滴度Pluserix疫苗:每瓶含麻疹病毒Schwarz株10~(3.25)TCID_(50)、腮腺炎病毒
This paper reports a clinical trial of trivalent measles-mumps-rubella vaccine on young children in Tampere, Finland, January-June 1982. The authors enrolled 174 children aged 14 to 24 months without measles, mumps and rubella Of healthy children were randomly assigned to one of three vaccinations in double-blind situations: (1) a high titer Pluserix vaccine: 10 to (3.9) TCID 50 per parcel containing the measles virus Schwarz strain, parotid gland 10 ~ (4.92) TCID_ (50) and 10 ~ (4.14) TCID_ (50) of Urabe Am9 strain; (2) Low titer Pluserix vaccine: each bottle contains measles virus Schwarz strain 10 ~ ( 3.25) TCID_ (50), mumps virus
