本文通过Ti—B 微合金化,探讨了低台金钢焊缝金属低温韧性与微观组织、断裂机理之间的关系。配合金相显微镜、扫描电镜及透射电镜的分析,揭示了提高焊缝低温韧性的本质。
In this paper, the relationship between low temperature toughness and microstructure and fracture mechanism of weld metal in low-gauge steel is discussed through Ti-B microalloying. With the metallographic microscope, scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy analysis revealed the nature of low temperature toughness to improve the weld.
