目的:探讨川籍抗震救灾官兵心身健康水平及其影响因素。方法:采用自行编制的心身健康问卷对川籍抗震救灾官兵220例,非川籍抗震救灾官兵880例的心身健康水平进行测评,并分析其影响因素。结果:川籍官兵组除呼吸系统症状、消化系症状、行为状态、言语状态等4个因子外,心身健康水平其他各因子分值、躯体症状总分(PS)、心理症状总分(MS)和心身健康总分(TS)显著或非常显著高于非川籍官兵组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。Pearson相关分析结果显示,军龄与MS、TS呈显著或非常显著负相关(P<0.05,P<0.01);参加一线救援与PS呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。多元逐步回归分析结果显示,军龄分别进入MS和TS回归方程(P<0.05)。结论:川籍抗震救灾官兵心身健康水平低于非川籍抗震救灾官兵,应进行针对性的心理干预。
Objective: To explore the mental and physical health of Sichuan earthquake-relief workers and their influencing factors. Methods: Based on the self-prepared psychosomatic health questionnaire, 220 mental health officers and soldiers of Sichuan earthquake relief and 880 non-Sichuan earthquake relief officers and men were assessed for their mental and physical health, and their influencing factors were analyzed. Results: In addition to the four factors of respiratory system symptoms, digestive system symptoms, behavioral status and verbal status, the officers and soldiers in Sichuan group showed significant differences in psychosomatic fitness scores among other factors, total body symptom score (PS), total psychological symptom score (MS) And total physical and mental health (TS) were significantly or very significantly higher than those of non-Sichuan officers and soldiers (P <0.05, P <0.01). The results of Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was a significant or very significant negative correlation between military age and MS and TS (P <0.05, P <0.01). There was a significant positive correlation between first-line rescue and PS (P <0.05). Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that military age entered the MS and TS regression equations, respectively (P <0.05). Conclusion: The level of mental and physical health of Sichuan earthquake relief officers and soldiers is lower than that of non-Sichuan earthquake relief workers, and targeted psychological intervention should be carried out.
