粮食降水通风对粮温有一定的要求,一般要求粮温不低于15度才能达到通风降水的效果,在制定通风方案时为了达到理想的通风降水效果,把气温定到15度以上方可开机通风。而粮温过高又不利于储粮安全。既考虑玉米的降水问题,还要考虑粮温过高影响储粮安全存储和储粮品质下降等问题。冬季气温低有利储粮通风降温,对储粮降水通风效果不明显。夏季气温高有利于降水通风,可玉米长时间在高温环境下,其脂肪酸值就会上升影响它的食用价值和经济价值。对于玉米通风降水,只有选择气温不高,还能满足降水要求的春季进行通风降水。
