2008年1月1日,《劳动合同法》正式实施,而这一年的全国两会,也是本届人大政协的第一次会议上,劳动关系的话题引起热议,甚至是激辩。最后,建立稳定和谐的劳动关系,在劳资博弈中,更多地向维护职工合法权益方面倾斜成为主流的声音,劳动合同法的立法宗旨得以坚持。4年的时间过去了,在今年举行的本届人大政协最后一次会议上,建立稳定和谐的劳动关系,切实保障职工合法权益的话题仍在继续升温。
On January 1, 2008, the “Labor Contract Law” was formally implemented.
