我矿由于大量采用分层崩落法,所以木材消耗也大大增加。据初步統計1957年平均每采千吨矿石消耗坑木5.72立方米,木板2.85立方米。 1958年平均每采千吨矿石消耗坑木5.20立方米,木板1.10立方米,由此可見木材实际消耗量是相当惊人的,所以如何降低木材消耗,实属当时极为迫切需要解决的問題。 1957年我矿試制出一台滑輪組回柱机如图1。回收效果很好。現将滑輪組回柱机的构造和工作情况分述如下: 一、滑輪組回桂机的規格构造及其附属工具 (一) 滑輪组回柱机技术規格: 机长 360毫米; 机宽 190毫米; 机高 366毫米;(不带临时把手) 卷筒直径 80毫米; 卷筒边緣直径 160毫米; 滑輪直径 100毫米; 鋼绳长度 15米; 鋼绳直径 6毫米;(四对三滑輪組鋼绳) 机体全重 90公斤
