针对传统激光雕刻控制系统的需要手动设定相关参数、激光雕刻控制过程复杂等弊端,设计一种基于数字图像处理的激光雕刻控制系统,给出系统总体结构,系统采用NC+PC结构模式,将激光雕刻机看作下位机,将PC机看作上位机,利用MPC02控制卡完成数据交换。将MPC02运动控制卡作为基本的控制元件,在WNI视窗环境下,通过C++语言进行模块化设计,将DSP+CPLD+USB+EEPROM的结构形式作为USB接口结构,电机选用混合式步进电机,最后进行激光管功率控制电路设计。软件设计时,采用模板匹配法实现数字图像细化,给出相应代码,将通过灰度转换得到的激光雕刻灰度图像数据翻译成雕刻运动指令代码序列。实验结果表明,所设计系统具有很高的运行效率和性能。
Aiming at the disadvantages of traditional laser engraving control system, such as manual setting of relevant parameters and complicated control process of laser engraving, a laser engraving control system based on digital image processing is designed. The overall structure of the system is given. The system adopts NC + PC structure mode Laser engraving machine as the next crew, the PC as a host computer, the use of MPC02 control card to complete the exchange of data. The MPC02 motion control card as the basic control components in the WNI window environment through the C + + language modular design, the DSP + CPLD + USB + EEPROM structure as a USB interface structure, the motor selection of hybrid stepping motor, and finally Laser power control circuit design. Software design, the use of template matching method to achieve digital image refinement, the corresponding code is given, through the gray-scale conversion of laser engraving grayscale image data into a sequence of carved motion instruction code. The experimental results show that the designed system has high operating efficiency and performance.
