几十年以来 ,从事铁路信号工作的人都有一种同感 ,由于施工工艺没有得到足够的重视 ,因而影响了许多新的信号技术装备系统功能的充分发挥 ,阻碍了铁路信号施工技术的提高。随着铁路信号新技术、新制式的不断发展 ,加强和提高铁路信号施工工艺已势在必行。铁道部铁运函〔2 0 0 3〕 196号《关于规范ZPW 2 0 0 0自动闭塞上道管理工作的通知》 ,以及铁道部运输局运基信号〔2 0 0 3〕 2 4 0号《关于加强ZPW 2 0 0 0自动闭塞上道管理的实施意见》中明确指出 ,为提高我国铁路自动闭塞装备水平 ,必须采用ZPW 2 0 0 0系列 (或UM系列 )设备统一我国铁路自动闭塞制式。同时决定由通号总公司信号工艺研究所负责制定ZPW 2 0 0 0自动闭塞施工工艺标准 ,由铁道部组织审定 ,并由信号工艺研究所负责对各工程单位的施工人员进行工艺培训、考核。可见 ,铁道部对施工工艺的重视程度。按照铁道部跨越式发展的思路 ,铁路信号将实现机车信号主体化和列车超速防护 ,并逐步向数字化、智能化、集成化、综合化的方向发展。因而必将大量推广应用现代高新技术的铁路信号制式 ,而规范统一的配套信号施工工艺则是实现新制式系统功能的重要保证。为了适应铁路“六大干线”提速和客运专线的建设需要 ,便于加强铁路信号工程施工工艺 ,我刊?
